KOLOSALES.com is the public-facing European sourcing service for B2B sourcing and procurement coordination, operated by ColorShield ID LLC. The service is not an online store, marketplace, retailer, manufacturer, seller of record, importer of record, freight forwarder, customs broker, or logistics provider unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific project.

By using this website, submitting any form, or contacting the sourcing service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

Coordination Responsibility

The sourcing service does not operate as a passive directory, anonymous marketplace, retail catalog, or public checkout system. Approved projects are coordinated through a defined scope of work. Within that confirmed scope, the service takes responsibility for the coordination activities it agrees to perform, including supplier-side communication, quotation coordination, production follow-up, documentation flow, sample coordination, and delivery planning support.

Manufacturing, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and importer-of-record duties are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Within the confirmed coordination scope, the sourcing service is responsible for the agreed coordination deliverables and the professional execution of those activities.

Who May Use This Service

The sourcing service serves U.S. and Canadian business buyers including restaurants, hotels, developers, designers, importers, distributors, construction companies, retailers, and procurement teams. Use of this service by individual consumers without a legitimate business purpose is not intended.

No Guarantee of Availability or Price

Submitting a sourcing request does not constitute a binding order, agreement, or contract. All quotes, supplier matches, production options, and pricing are provided as estimates and are subject to change based on supplier availability, production capacity, material costs, and logistics conditions at the time of project confirmation.

No Warranty

The sourcing service makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, quality, compliance, or delivery of any products sourced through European suppliers. Product quality, specifications, lead times, and compliance with local regulations remain the responsibility of the buyer and the supplier of record.

Limitation of Liability

ColorShield ID LLC and KOLOSALES.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, submission of any request, or any sourcing, procurement, or production coordination activity. Total liability shall not exceed amounts actually paid to KOLOSALES.com for the specific project at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Payment Policy

Approved Projects Only

Payments are processed only for reviewed or approved sourcing requests, sample requests, project deposits, procurement coordination fees, production deposits, documentation preparation, supplier preparation steps, or approved project-related balances. No payment should be submitted unless the buyer has received a written estimate, invoice, payment request, sample cost confirmation, deposit request, or project reference from the sourcing service. Unsolicited payments will not be processed as orders.

Samples, materials, finishes, packaging, and shipping are not free. In many B2B sourcing projects, sample costs and preparation costs must be paid before a supplier can reserve production time, prepare materials, or ship anything for review.

What Payments Cover

Payments may cover sample costs and supplier preparation, project deposits and production deposits, sourcing retainers and procurement coordination fees, documentation preparation and export preparation steps, approved project-related balances confirmed in writing, and estimated shipping or delivery coordination costs where applicable.

Payment Methods

Approved clients may pay by secure card payment via Stripe or by wire transfer. Payment instructions are provided only after project review and written confirmation of scope. Wire transfer is available for clients using major U.S. and Canadian banks.

No Retail Checkout

This sourcing service does not operate a retail checkout system, shopping cart, public product catalog, or casual product purchase flow. Every payment must be connected to a reviewed request, agreed project scope, sample request, project deposit, procurement coordination fee, supplier preparation step, or approved project balance.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific services agreed, the stage of project execution, and any costs already incurred with European production partners. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@kolosales.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior written communication with the sourcing service is a violation of these Terms. Chargebacks on legitimate, confirmed project payments will be contested.

Procurement Policy

Project Review Process

Every sourcing request submitted through this website is reviewed by the sourcing service before any response, quote, or supplier match is provided. Not all requests may be accepted. The service reserves the right to decline any project without explanation.

Scope of Coordination

The sourcing service coordinates between U.S. and Canadian business buyers and European production partners. The scope of coordination includes supplier identification, offer comparison, sample coordination, production follow-up, and export preparation support as applicable to each project.

No Manufacturer Representation

The sourcing service does not represent, guarantee, or endorse any specific European manufacturer or supplier. Supplier selection is based on project requirements and available network capacity.

Import and Customs

The sourcing service is not an importer of record, customs broker, or freight forwarder. Import clearance, customs compliance, duties, taxes, and final delivery logistics remain the responsibility of the buyer and selected logistics partners, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Project Acceptance

A project is considered accepted only when both parties have exchanged written confirmation of scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline. Submission of a sourcing form does not constitute project acceptance or a binding agreement.

Production Timelines

All production timelines and lead times provided are estimates based on supplier information at the time of quotation. The sourcing service is not liable for production delays caused by suppliers, logistics conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.

Uploaded Files & Submitted Materials

By uploading files, drawings, CAD files, images, specifications, or any other materials through this website, you confirm that you have the right to share these materials and that doing so does not violate any intellectual property, confidentiality, or contractual obligation.

Uploaded materials are used solely for the purpose of evaluating and coordinating your sourcing request. They will not be shared beyond what is necessary for project evaluation with relevant production partners.

The sourcing service is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any uploaded materials. Production feasibility reviews based on uploaded files are provided as guidance only and do not constitute engineering, architectural, or legal advice.

We do not claim ownership of any materials you upload. You retain all rights to your submitted files and specifications.
